The customer promises that the information provided to WishesnGifts.com will be true, current, correct and accurate including addresses. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of the account and credit cards or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

All content on this website including the logo, graphics, text, design is the property of WishesnGifts.com. No part of the content shall be copied, downloaded, uploaded, published, transmitted without prior, written permission from WishesnGifts.com. 

PRODUCT T&C’s:

WishesnGifts.com will deliver the exact product or a similar one ordered by the customer. If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail. If there is no response from the customer, we go ahead and deliver a product that comes closest to that ordered. If we are unable to find an exact match, we will deliver the nearest match to the product ordered.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

If the ordered product is out of stock and WishesnGifts.com is unable to deliver the product, a complete refund will be made to the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non- delivery or non- availability of the product. We are liable only to the cost of the product, if not delivered.

WARRANTY:

Perishable Goods:  WishesnGifts.com does not provide any warranties on the Perishable products it delivers.

Non - Perishable Goods: All warranties, after sales services, maintenance of items, will be subject to the conditions of the original manufacturers of products sold. The responsibility of WishesnGifts.com ceases once the product is delivered at the recipients address. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping and Handling Charges are free for all products. However, some products are limited to select locations only. All products will be sourced within India and delivered within India.

REFUND POLICY:

Perishable Goods: 

For delivery of Perishable items (cakes, flowers, ice creams, fruits and sweets):

Non-delivery: The delivery of items will be attempted only once. If the receiver of the gift is not available at the specified address, there will be no refund against such items being perishable

Wrongly shipped item due to wrong address given by customer: NO refund will be made

Wrongly shipped item with error on our part: Full refund will be made

Cancelled orders: Cancelled orders will be refunded only once approved by us. If not approved, there will not be any refund made against the item.

Non - Perishable Goods:

Non-delivery: In case of damaged or wrongly shipped items, the request for exchange should be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. These items can be replaced if the customer wishes to do so, or refund is made, if such instance is notified within 3 days of delivery date

Wrongly shipped item with error on our part: Full refund will be made

Cancelled orders: Cancelled orders will be refunded only once approved by us. If not approved, there will not be any refund made against the item
Once the item is delivered, if there is an issue with the product (like electronics), we are not liable for it. Customers need to contact the relevant vendor as given in the bills provided by us.

Product not available: In case of the product not available or delivery location not serviced by WishesnGifts.com, we will refund the amount received. WishesnGifts.com will not be liable for anything more than the product price as mentioned on the site.

Generic T&C’s:

• After shipping, we do not CANCEL AN ORDER nor change it. 
•  We do not replace LOST or STOLEN gift certificates / Party Vouchers once received by the recipient. We will not exchange vouchers once delivered.
•  We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address if that is the address given to us by the customer. 
•  We are not responsible for late deliveries incase the recipient is not at home or the given address. 
•  We do not guarantee freshness of the goods delivered if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery. 
• WishesnGifts.com from time to time will make changes in the content and products or services described on this Site. 
• All prices are in INR and the users will be charged based on the prevailing exchange rates. WishesnGifts.com will not be liable if there is a reduction in amount returned due to exchange rates.

DISPUTES:

 All and any disputes related to WishesnGifts.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India courts only.
